From June 11 to 13, 2026, Miramare Castle in Maccarese will host the fifth edition of Cinemagia - Cinema Damare, an international open-air film festival dedicated to independent productions. The program features a selection of films, documentaries, and short films from various countries, with the aim of showcasing new auteur voices and promoting the dissemination of innovative languages.

The seaside location gives the festival a distinctive character: screenings take place in an evocative and accessible setting, attracting a diverse audience, particularly younger generations, who are invited to enjoy a cultural experience outside of conventional channels.

Cinemagia - Cinema Damare therefore presents itself as a cultural event that combines the international scope of independent cinema with a participatory format, strengthening the dialogue between filmmakers and audiences and making a significant contribution to the promotion of new forms of expression.
