"INDEPENDENT CINEMA IN THE AGE OF STREAMING"

CinemaLab is an opportunity for the maturation of feature film projects and low-budget series, in the script, construction (work in progress) or finalized in search of promotion and distribution, so that, strengthened by the collaboration and advice of experts, they can advance and consolidate.

In Zapatoca "The Happiest Town in the World", 20 selected projects will be incubated, within a national and international call, providing the right environment for filmmakers to focus their energies and move forward, through new and creative paths.

The laboratory will focus on the most neuralgic areas of realization, an immersion through individual, group and master classes, with renowned filmmakers.

The 15 selected projects will participate in the CinemaLab 2022 in Zapatoca - Santander - Colombia, where they will be fully advised so that their feature film projects and series in the script, construction and completion stages can be consolidated.
The production company organizing the event INTELIGRUPO S.A.S - INSIDE FILMS, will follow up the selected projects with its partners Jaguar Films Panamá, Urbano Films Ecuador and Photogroup Films Colombia.

For directors, producers, scriptwriters and representatives of feature films or series, in the script stage, construction (work in progress) and finalized in search of promotion and distribution.

Accreditation for selected projects face-to-face version USD $900 and virtual version US $370, includes all activities, for one project participant. Additional participant at 70% of the value. Maximum 3 participants per project. Selected projects that meet the requirements for on-site participation as an Official Selection must pay 40% of the participation fee (US $360) at least 30 days before the start of the event.

SELECTION PROCESS

-All applications will be evaluated by a jury made up of CinemaLab advisors and organizers.
-The pre-selected will be interviewed by videoconference
-All postulated projects will be notified of the final selection.
