1. Requisitos del Participante:
El proyecto debe ser creado y presentado por estudiantes universitarios activos de cualquier universidad.

Los estudiantes pueden participar de forma individual o en equipo.

Los participantes deben estar matriculados en programas académicos relacionados con áreas como producción audiovisual, cine, comunicación, arte, diseño o disciplinas afines.

Los participantes deben acreditar su estatus de estudiante mediante documentos como una carta universitaria o comprobante de matrícula.

2. Requisitos del Proyecto:
El proyecto debe consistir en la creación de un trabajo audiovisual que tenga a Bogotá como tema central.

El proyecto puede ser un documental, cortometraje, videoarte, reportaje o cualquier otro formato audiovisual.

El contenido debe abordar aspectos significativos de la ciudad, tales como:

Cultura y tradiciones: Reflejar la diversidad cultural, costumbres, festividades o manifestaciones artísticas propias de Bogotá.

Paisaje urbano y arquitectura: Mostrar la evolución y los contrastes arquitectónicos de la ciudad.

Problemáticas sociales o medioambientales: Documentar desafíos urbanos, sociales o ambientales que enfrenta la ciudad.

Historia y patrimonio: Explorar el pasado histórico de Bogotá y cómo influye en la identidad de los bogotanos.

Vida cotidiana: Mostrar el día a día de los habitantes de Bogotá desde una perspectiva creativa y reflexiva.
