Festival aims to promote films that are made for research, Science Studies, Upcoming Technologies, Artificial Intelligence advancements, Space Discovery , Biology Research, Psychology as well as Blockchain and Criptocurrency.

The Festival is a Science Festival and welcome areas of Information and films related to Science, and wants to stablish itself in Saint Petersburg as the place to discover as Art and Science news from all over the world.

The Festival is an Independent and Privatd Organization.Not Influenced , Not in bias, Not in Affiliation to any political or religious entity.

2.- The Festival Mission is of Promoting Human Knowledge via Film and Art for the better Human Condition.

4.- General Rules
Participationin the Cosmo Genetics Film Festival entails observance of the present Regulations.
Producers, Distributors or other parties who submit films must guarantee they are legally authorized to represent the film and get any responsability if fail to do so, as well as if any copyright or trademark infringement is due to act within they are representing.
Also they guarentee that they are legally authorized to register the film in the festival.

The Festival accept applications by adults only.
We dont accept applications from individuals under 18.

Festival at this moment give only Awards by Recognition.
No Cash prize, No Funding.
You Understand and agree that if Selected and oif listed fot scteening:: We will not offer you or pay screening fees.

5.- We Reserve the right to Disqualify Films and its Filmmakers at anytime during open calls and After Selection during any time.
