Terms and conditions of participation in the Digital Gate competition for short films (outside the virtual home film festival).

- Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting requests to participate in the portal's short films competition.

The competition is open to short films, fictional and non-fiction, from all over the world.

All participants must complete the subscription form available at the following link:

Submitting films:

- The competition is open for films that are shot through all types of media and cameras, including smart device cameras (mobile phone or any other smart tablet) of any type or model, provided that the type and model of the camera or device used in filming is specified in the application form.

- The movie theme is free.

The duration of the film should not exceed thirty minutes

- Deadline: Participation forms must be submitted, after filling them electronically, before the 20th of each month, and no applications will be accepted after this date.

- The final screening version of the movie can be presented in one of the following formats: MP4, MOV, HD 720p, Full HD 1080p, or any other format suitable for viewing.

- Please upload the movie to one of the large file upload sites such as DropBox, OneDrive, wetransfer and send the link to the following address: domum.festival@gmail.com

- All films must be submitted in Arabic, and if the film is in a language other than Arabic, the film version must contain an Arabic subtitle.

- Film copies must be received in good condition, and the organizing body reserves the right to reject any film copy received in a poor condition, and in this case the applicant must submit a new copy. In the event that a copy in good condition is not submitted, the competition organizing body reserves the right to withdraw the film from the competition without any obligation on its part.
Filmmakers are permitted to use any available editing technology

- The organizing body for the Digital Gate Film Competition reserves the right to exclude any film that exceeds the permissible period or contains technical problems in sound and image in a way that hinders its display, or if it contains offensive, racist, norms or any films that are not related to the competition, or The film must have participated in previous competitions for the digital portal for the short film itself.

- By submitting the film to the competition administration, the filmmaker grants the competition administration the right to download and use it for display, as well as to use parts of the film in advertisements.

Selected movies:

The selection committee, at its absolute discretion, selects the films participating in the competition.

In the event that a film is selected to participate in the competition, the competition management will inform the filmmakers of this, and it will also inform the selected persons of the next steps that they must take.
The Digital Film Portal Administration reserves the right to announce the films participating in the competition, and accordingly, the applicant must not in any way announce his participation in the competition before the organizing body does so.

In the event that the film is not selected, the competition management will send a letter in this regard within one week of the announcement of the final list of options. According to the competition policy, no comments or reasons will be provided regarding the decision to reject any film in the competition.

Once the film is selected, the applicant will not have the right to withdraw, present and / or display the film in a way that affects the viewing status mentioned in the participation form.

Accept these provisions

Arbitration:
- The international jury of the competition broadcasts the films participating in the official competition and selects the winning films on the last day of the month of the competition and presents the following three prizes:

1- The Golden Gate Award
2- The Silver Gate Award
3- The Bronze Gate Award

While the Audience Grand Prize for the movie winning the largest number of licks (like) is presented by collecting likes of the page, the group, and the official YouTube channel of the competition

The prizes are subscriptions on Netflix or Spotify, provided by the funder, Mr Accessorie
All participants in the official competition are provided with certificates of participation and win certificates for the three prize winners and the audience award.

Submitting an application to participate in the Digital Gate Short Film Competition means acceptance of all terms and conditions governing the competition

The applicant undertakes that he owns all rights related to the film and all materials related to it, and that he has the right to submit the film and related materials to participate in the competition.

The applicant acknowledges that the organizing body of the competition will not bear any responsibility in any way for any malfunction, damage or loss of any kind, whatever their nature as a result of participation and / or approval and / or screening of the film and / or the submission of materials related to it. Accordingly, the applicant will not hold the organizers any legal liability and will not direct them to any claims, actions or procedures or bear them any costs for any losses or damages as a result of participation and / or approval.

In the event that the film is selected to participate in the competition, you will be notified before the 20th of each month.

The undersigned must be the person authorized to submit this film to enter the contest.

شروط واحكام المشاركة في مسابقة البوابة الرقمية للأفلام القصيرة (خارج المهرجان الإفتراضي للفيلم المنزلي).

- يُرجى قراءة الشروط والأحكام التالية بعناية قبل تقديم طلبات المشاركة في مسابقة البوابة للأفلام القصيرة
- باب المشاركة في المسابقة مفتوح للأفلام القصيرة، الروائية وغير الروائية، من كل أنحاء العالم.
ينبغى على جميع المشاركين ملئ استمارة الاشتراك المتوفرة على الرابط التالي:

- تقديم الأفلام:
- المسابقة مفتوحة للأفلام التي يتم تصويرها عن طريق جميع أنواع الوسائط والكاميرات بما في ذلك كاميرات الأجهزة الذكية (الهاتف المحمول أو أي من الألواح الذكية الأخرىTablets ) من أي نوع أو موديل على شرط تحديد نوع وموديل الكاميرا أو الجهاز المستخدم في التصوير في استمارة التقدم للمسابقة
- موضوع الفيلم حر.
- أن لا تزيد مدة الفيلم عن ثلاثين دقيقة
- الموعد النهائي: يجب تقديم استمارات المشاركة بعد تعبئتها إلكترونيا وذلك قبل اليوم 20 من كل شهر ولن - يتم قبول أية طلبات بعد هذا الموعد.
- يمكن تقديم نسخة العرض النهائية للفيلم بأحدى الصيغ التالية MP4 أو MOV أوHD 720p أوFull HD 1080p أو أي صيغة أخرى مناسبة للعرض
- يرجى ترفيع الفيلم على أحد مواقع ترفيع الملفات ذات الحجم الكبير Sharing Websites مثل DropBox، OneDrive ،wetransfer وإرسال وصلة الفيلم "اللينك" إلى العنوان التالي domum.festival@gmail.com
- يجب تقديم جميع الأفلام باللغة العربية، وإذا كان الفيلم ناطقاً بغير العربية، يجب أن تحتوي نسخة الفيلم على ترجمة عربية.
- يجب أن يتم استلام نسخ الأفلام بحالة جيدة، وتحتفظ الهيئة المنظمة بالحق في رفض أي نسخة فيلم استلمتها في حالة غير جيدة، ويتعيّن على مقدّم الطلب في هذه الحالة تقديم نسخة جديدة. في حال عدم تقديم نسخة في حالة جيدة، تحتفظ الهيئة المنظمة للمسابقة بالحق في سحب الفيلم من المسابقة دون أي التزام من طرفها.
- يُسمح لصناع الافلام ان يستخدموا أي تقنية مونتاج متوفرة
- تحتفظ الهيئة المنظمة لمسابقة البوابة الرقمية للفيلم القصير بالحق في استبعاد أي فيلم يتجاوز المدة المسموح بها او يحتوى على مشاكل تقنية في الصوت والصورة بشكل يعوق عرضه أو إن كان يحتوى على مادة مسيئة أو عنصرية أو مخالفة للاعراف أو أي أفلام لا تمت بصلة للمسابقة، او أن يكون الفيلم قد شارك فى مسابقات سابقة للبوابة الرقمية للفيلم القصير نفسها.
- بتسليم الفيلم لادارة المسابقة يمنح صانع الفيلم إدارة المسابقة الحق في تحميله واستخدامه للعرض وكذلك باستخدام اجزاء من الفيلم في دعايات.

-الأفلام المختارة:
تقوم لجنة الإختيار وفقاً لتقديرها المطلق باختيار الأفلام المشاركة في المسابقة.
في حال اختيار الفيلم للمشاركة في المسابقة، ستقوم إدارة المسابقة بإبلاغ صناع الفيلم بذلك، كما ستقوم بإبلاغ من وقع عليهم الاختيار بالخطوات التالية التي يتعين عليهم القيام بها.
تحتفظ إدارة البوابة الرقمية للفيلم القصير بالحق في الإعلان عن الأفلام المشاركة في المسابقة، وعليه يجب ألا يقوم مقدّم الطلب بأي حال من الأحوال بالإعلان عن مشاركته في المسابقة قبل أن تقوم الهيئة المنظمة بذلك.
في حال عدم اختيار الفيلم ستقوم إدارة المسابقة بإرسال خطاب بهذا الخصوص خلال أسبوع واحد من إعلان قائمة الاختيارات النهائية. وفقاً لسياسة المسابقة، لن يتم تقديم أية تعليقات أو أسباب حول القرار برفض أي فيلم في المسابقة.
بمجرد اختيار الفيلم، لن يحق لمقدّم الطلب سحب الفيلم أو تقديمه و/أو عرضه بما يؤثر على وضعية العرض الواردة في استمارة المشاركة.
قبول هذه الأحكام
- التحكيم:
- تقوم لجنة التحكيم الدولية الخاصة بالمسابقة بالبث في الأفلام المشاركة في المسابقة الرسمية و إختيار الأفلام الفائزة في آخر يوم من الشهر الخاص بالمسابقة و تقديم الجوائز الثلاثة التالية:
1- جائزة البوابة الذهبية
2- جائزة البوابة الفضية
3- جائزة البوابة البرونزية
بينما تقدم جائزة الجمهور الكبرى للفيلم الحائز على أكبر عدد من الليكات( إعجاب ) بجمع لايكات الصفحة و المجموعة و القناة يوتيوب الرسمية الخاصة بالمسابقة
الجوائز تكون عبارة عن إشتراكات على منصات Netflix أو Spotify مهدات من طرف الممول Mr accessorie
تقدم لكل المشاركين في المسابقة الرسمية شهادات مشاركة و تقدم شهادات الفوز للفائزين بالجوائز الثلاثة و جائزة الجمهور.

إن تقديم الطلب للمشاركة في مسابقة البوابة الرقمية للأفلام القصيرة يعني قبول كافة الشروط والأحكام المنظّمة للمسابقة

يتعهد مقدّم الطلب بأنه يملك كافة الحقوق المتعلقة بالفيلم وكافة المواد المتعلقة به، وبأنه يحق له تقديم الفيلم والمواد المتعلقة به للمشاركة في المسابقة.

ويقرّ مقدّم الطلب بأن الهيئة المنظمة للمسابقة لن تتحمل أية مسؤولية بأي شكل من الأشكال لأي عطل أو ضرر أو خسارة من أي نوع، ومهما كانت طبيعتها نتيجة للمشاركة و/أو الموافقة و/أو عرض الفيلم و/أو تقديم المواد المتعلقة به. وعليه فإن مقدّم الطلب لن يحمّل المنظمين أية مسؤولية قانونية ولن يوجه لهم أية مطالبات أو أفعال أو إجراءات أو يحمّلها أية تكاليف عن أية خسائر أو أضرار نتيجة للمشاركة و/أو الموافقة

في حال اختيار الفيلم للمشاركة في المسابقة، فسوف يتم إخطاركم قبل اليوم 20 من كل شهر.

يجب أن يكون المُوقّع أدناه هو الشخص المفوَّض بتقديم هذا الفيلم للاشتراك في المسابقة
