euro shorts international film festival is held annually in London. Our mission is to discover new storytellers by showcasing innovating and unique visions in independent cinema.
The festival will showcase independent filmmakers dedicated to discovering the brightest emerging voices in storytelling. Competitive sections for short form cinema; a diverse selection of films from around the world, selected to showcase break-out global talent.
The following awards will be announced.

* Best Drama
* Best Comedy
* Best Animation
* Best Documentary
euro shorts accepts short films of any genre under 45 minutes (including credits) in the following categories: Narrative, Documentary, Animation, Drama, Comedy, Music Videos, Webisodes, Branded Content.
Submission eligibility and format
– All submissions must have been completed after 1 January 2018.
– Works-in-progress are accepted
Films must be submitted through a online screener.
Shipping
If the film is selected for the festival, for all materials sent to and returned from Euro Shorts c/o theatre venue must be paid by the submitting party. We not accept Cash On Delivery shipments. We will not absorb any fees incurred in customs. All charges must be pre-paid.
For customs purposes, give a value of no more than £10 and label: ‘for cultural purposes only’, 'no commercial value'.
Selection
Successful submissions will receive a Filmmaker Festival Pack that will include important information on shipping DCP to the Festival, press and publicity, guest accreditation, contact information and how to make the most of participating in the Festival.
Screening
A selected DCP must be received at our host theatre no later than 14 days prior to its scheduled screening date.
We aspire to provide the best quality projection possible but will not be held liable for any failure in the technical quality of the projection, nor will fees be refunded in any such case.
Screenings are scheduled during the Festival at the discretion of Euro Shorts. While every effort will be made to adhere to the published schedule, We reserve the right to make changes at any time for any reason.
No film may be withdrawn from the festival programme after its selection, and no film may be screened outside the festival venue during the Festival and before its official presentation without the approval of Euro Shorts.
