The 17th edition of the Alicante Film Festival will be held in October 2020 (final dates to be determined) and will be open to filmmakers worldwide.
Cash Prizes: 3,500€

Submission deadline: March 22, 2020.
Terms
1) The 17th edition of the Alicante Film Festival will be held in October 2020 (final dates to be determined) and will be open to filmmakers worldwide.
2) Short films and animation with a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
3) Entries must have completed production after January 1, 2019.
4) Registration can done by sending your film online Festhome by clicking the link in the home of the Festival and it will end on March 22, 2020.
5) The films selected will forward a copy of the film before April 11 copy DCP and Mov or Mp4 file. Size: 1920 x 1080) by Wetransfer o Dropbox a info@festivaldealicante.com
6) All those films whose original dialogues are not in spanish must be subtitled in spanish. If not, will be rejected.
7) The Festival consists of the following sections:
Short films of Spanish fiction, competitive section of fiction works that have been produced in Spain.
Short films of Spanish animation, competitive section of animation works that have been produced in Spain.
International fiction short films LGTBI, competitive section of international fiction works on LGTBI.
Short films of the Mediterranean, competitive section of works of fiction that have been produced in any country of the Mediterranean.
Short films of international fiction, competitive section of works of fiction that have been produced in any country except Spain and Mediterranean countries.
8) The Organization shall agree the date and order of films screened, only committing to project them into the Festival.
9) The official jury composed of professionals from the film, will be in charge of awarding the prizes.

11) In the case of obtaining any of the prizes awarded by the Festival will include a written record of the award at the beginning of all copies of the film distributed for commercial theatrical exhibition and / or audiovisual events, as well as throughout the information material. This will consist of a text reference to the type of award, accompanied invariably corporate image (logo and name) of the Alicante Film Festival, which will be provided by the same organization.
12) The decisions of the Official Jury will be unappealable. The prizes awarded will be presented at the closing gala on May 30, 2020.
13) Registration implies acceptance of the rules.
