The Municipality of Ituzaingó with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Nation will hold the 6th Ituzaingó International Film Festival – directed by the filmmaker Raúl Perrone and organized by the Directorate of Culture of this Municipality. It will be held on November 26, 27 and 28 of this year, at the facilities of the La Torcaza Sports Center, located at Pringles 1279, in this city and party.

The FECI 6 will have a program made up of competitive and non-competitive sections in which medium and long-length productions can participate from 30 minutes of duration of any nationality as long as they are spoken or subtitled in Spanish.
It will have special activities such as conversations, special section of the municipal film workshop, recreational activities for children, among other things.

Registration and participation in all activities is free.

1. Call

1.1. Films (from 30 minutes in duration) made independently after January 1, 2019 are invited to participate.

1.2. The call is open and without age limit.

1.3. Minors under 18 years of age may participate only with the authorization of their mother, father, guardian, manager or legally responsible person.
Likewise, the prizes that could be awarded to participants under 18 years of age must be received by them in the presence and / or with the authorization of their mother, father, guardian, manager or legally responsible person.

1.4. All material sent to the festival for its participation and exhibition must be the property of its author / s. The participant who violates copyright will be automatically disqualified.

1.5. Each author / s will be able to present the number of works they wish.

1.6. Works of any kind will participate.

1.7. The duration of the work must be greater than 30 minutes.

1.8. The works presented can be of any nationality, and must be spoken in Spanish or subtitled in Spanish.

2. Registration and receipt of the material

2.1. Registration period and delivery of material:
As of Monday, September 20, 2021 and until Monday, October 11, 2021, inclusive, as the deadline. The Directorate of Culture reserves the right to extend the deadline for receipt of material.

2.2. The registration and sending of material can only be done digitally:

2.3. The sole participation in the Festival implies that the author accepts that the registered material becomes part of its video library; thus authorizing its exhibition, dissemination and archiving for non-profit cultural and / or educational purposes and within the framework of public or private activities where FECI participates as an organizer or guest. The delivered material will not be returned.
Likewise, participants will be able to exhibit their work without having to notify the Festival.

2.4. The classification notice of the works for exhibition will be made via email and / or by telephone to each of the selected ones.

3. Jury

3.1. The jury that will be in charge of choosing the winners is made up of no less than three (3) personalities representing the audiovisual, artistic and cultural media, designated by the Culture Directorate of the Municipality of Ituzaingó.

4. Awards.

4.1. The organization of the Festival awards the following prizes:
- Award for the best film selected by the jury.
- Prize for the best director selected by the jury.
- Special mentions.

4.2. It is the responsibility of the jury to award shared prizes (ex aequo), as well as other prizes and mentions that it deems pertinent. The Festival organization may authorize a special thematic mention or award if deemed necessary. In the same way, the jury has the power to declare some of the categories void.

5. Agreement of conformity

5.1. All participants, by fact of being, fully accept these bases, as well as the resolution of any problem not included in them that the organization deems appropriate.
