Awards will be given at the discretion of the Festival's sponsosrs.

Directors and producers may submit as many films as they see fit. Every film will have to be submitted individually, and will also be considered individually.

• Only films that were finished after January First, 2011, in any genre and with DVD format, will be able to enter the competition.
• Short films cannot be longer than 25 minutes, including all credits.
• If a film meets all requirements, but has a longer extension than the one previously established, It will be shown during the festival, but will not enter the competition.
• Every film whose language is different from Spanish, must include subtitles in Spanish.
• Theme is free.
• We are not accepting video clips, nor commercial work or for propaganda issues, such as governmental related projects.
• Jury will have the faculties to grant special honor mentions, such as declare void any category. Jury’s decision is not open to appeal.
