WE ARE LOOKING FOR STORIES MADE BY UNIVERSITY STUDENTS FROM COLOMBIA AND AROUND THE WORLD.

The festival will award the top 3 places selected by the jury.

19th Edition of the International Film Festival of the East 2026

Dates:

Call for entries opens: August 25, 2026.

Call for entries closes: October 15, 2026, at 23:59 (11:59 PM).

Festival dates: November 13 to 16, 2026.

Categories:

Single category: Includes national and international productions made by students from higher education institutions, technical institutes, and film schools who wish to have their audiovisual projects exhibited within the framework of our festival.

Duration:

Audiovisual short films between 5 and 30 minutes will be accepted.

Theme:

Open theme.

Format:

The project must include a technical sheet, a poster, and the attached video in MP4 format.
