Regulations and eligibility criteria

Short films produced during the period from 2018 to 2019 may participate. The programming committee may make exceptions in the year of production.
Short films with a maximum duration of 30 minutes will be shown (the selection committee may make exceptions).
Participants can register an unlimited number of works.

The decisions regarding the production and realization of the winning short film will be taken by the committee of the international film festival seven luminaries.

Recognition and honorable mention will be provided for the best short film and best national and international feature film.

National Exhibition

Short films made in any video or film format may be registered; The production must be Mexican regardless of the nationality of the director, the place or the country of filming. Short films must be delivered subtitled in English, with the exception of those productions whose original language is another, which must be subtitled in Spanish.

International Exhibition

Short films made in any video or film format, subtitled in Spanish and produced anywhere in the world may be registered.
