1. The producers and/or directors of the participating films will authorize FICTA Atacama International Terror Film and Literature Festival to use a fragment or the entirety of the work and the complementary graphic material, for its dissemination as material. informative in any media, through a written letter, signed by the director and/or producer plus a copy of it.

2. The festival organization is not responsible for any actions that the films may suffer. However, the necessary precautions will be taken for their handling and care. Any use of images or audio without the relevant rights will imply the elimination of the participant.

3. One of the copies of the films will become the property of the festival's film library, from the moment it participates. Likewise, the festival undertakes to communicate the use to the producers, always with the aim of cultural dissemination.
