The Mogi Mirim International Film Festival aims to foster, promote and publicize the production of short films locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. The event will take place in several locations in the city of Mogi Mirim – São Paulo, on October 31, November 1, 2 and 3, 2024, with free admission.
As a showcase, the Mogi Mirim International Film Festival will be organized by Vidraça Produções Artísticas in partnership with the City Hall of Mogi Mirim, with the support of the Paulo Gustavo Law. Certificates will be offered: to participants in the Paulo Gustavo municipal exhibition
Prize for the competitive exhibition, for works classified as:
1st place – by jury definition – R$2,000.00 (Brazilian Reais)
2nd place – by jury definition – R$1,500.00 (Brazilian Reais)
3rd place – by jury definition – R$1,000.00 (Brazilian Reais)
REGARDLESS OF CATEGORY
Filmmakers from all over the country and international productions may participate. International productions that are not in Portuguese must have Portuguese subtitles.
1.1 Registration is free and must be completed by filling out the online form.
1.2 Registration opens: August 10, 2024
Registration closes: September 10, 2024
The person responsible for the registration must provide, in the appropriate field available on the form, a link to view the film and the access password, when applicable. YouTube and Vimeo websites are preferred. File transfer links such as Dropbox and Google Drive will be accepted.
1.3 Registrations of films or videos with a maximum duration of 20 minutes, including credits, will be accepted.
1.4 Any short film production completed after 2020 may participate.
1.5 According to the Mogi Mirim International Film Festival regulations, institutional videos will not be allowed. This means that only short films that are not created for commercial or promotional purposes of institutions will be accepted.
