Film Festival of persons with disabilities to be held for the sixth time in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, aims to raise awareness about people with disabilities as equal members of society.
Films should promote the philosophy of independent living of persons with disabilities.
All submitted material has to be in DVD format.
The Film Festival organizers is allowed to use a parts of film materials in promotional purposes
