This is the festival for you.

The festival is organized by the Marano Ragazzi Spot Festival and takes place in Naples on the wonderful island of Nisida, home to a juvenile prison.

SECTIONS

The festival is divided into sections: International and Italy.

Works with a maximum duration of 30 minutes are admitted, opening and closing credits excluded.

The deadline for registration is August 31, 2022 after registering on the International Festhome portal.

The following must be loaded on the platform:

The full movie with english subtitles;
The trailer of the work;
A technical sheet complete with synopsis and credits;
The author's curriculum and filmography;
A high resolution photo of the author (jpg or png);
A copy of the playbill of the work;

The precise and up-to-date contacts (address, e-mail and telephone) of the authority and / or the person in charge of the application.

OFFICIAL SELECTION
A jury made up of experts in film communication and media education will select for the final days of the Festival:

10 films for the International section
5 films for the Italy section
10 Docufilm for the International section
5 Docufilm for the Italy section

FESTIVAL DATES

The II edition of Fotograms from the prison will take place in Naples on the island of Nisida 21 to 25 November 2022.

CLAUSES
The director or producer and the protagonists of the selected works will be invited to intervene for a debate with the jurors, spectators and journalists present at the end of each screening or via streaming connection or recorded video-interview.

The order, calendar and screening times of the selected works will be decided by the Artistic Direction.

The participant authorizes the Marano Ragazzi Spot Festival Association to carry out television recordings during the days of the event and to use them in any form or way, in Italy or abroad, without limitation of space and time, in broadcasts. television channels of: Italian radio and television RAI, private television broadcasters, satellite television broadcasters, social channels and the Internet, without prejudice to the right of authors to be mentioned.
The participant grants the Marano Ragazzi Spot Festival Association a non-exclusive and free license to fully screen the work to the public both in presence and online on a protected site, upon registration and for a limited number of days not exceeding the duration of the Festival.

By participating in the Fotogrammi dal Carcere Festival, the participant grants the Marano Ragazzi Spot Festival Association the right to add subtitles to the work or to use parts or extracts from the work for the promotion of the festival.
Furthermore, the participant grants a non-exclusive license to the Marano Ragazzi Spot Festival Association the rights to publish the promotional material relating to the work (synopsis, credits, photos, trailers) on its website, on the spotragazzi.tv web platform and on the event catalog. .

Registration for the Festival implies full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/03. The data controller is the Marano Ragazzi Spot Festival Association.

The organization of Frames from the Prison reserves the right to make any changes to this regulation, immediately notifying them on the website and on its official channels.
