International Short Film Festival of India GOA is conducting a innovative international short film festival and invites participation from aspiring and upcoming independent filmmakers. A unique short film Festival, focusing on opportunity creation for global filmmakers.We celebrate the work of these artists by sharing their films in a city that triumphs originality, creativity and the weird.

All Official Selections, Nominees, and Winners will receive an award certificate in electronic format, and laurels to include on their film and personal promotional materials.

- The film must not be available on the internet to public for free.
- Applicant can send the Film in DVD or in Pen Drive or Google Drive link of the film to goaisffi@gmail.com(Video Format .MP4 or .MOV).
- Submissions may NOT be withdrawn from the Festival once they have been entered, except at the sole discretion of the Festival.
- The short film can be in any language or any genre.All non- English films must have English sub- titles for festival presentation.
- Two DVD’s OR one PEN- DRIVE need to be submitted along with the entry.Each Preview DVD should be labelled with the Title, Running - time, Contact E- mail and Phone number.
- If applicant is sending film in a PEN DRIVE separate paper need to send with Entry Form mentioning the Title, Running - time, Contact E- mail and Phone number of the application and Producer/ Director of the film.
- Multiple entries can be submitted, but with separate entry forms, preview DVD (OR PEN DRIVE), synopsis / description, should be enclosed.Each film is considered as a new entry.
- Applicants must submit all of the following:
Completed online entry form.
Poster of the Film at HD Quality.
A short trailer of the film (Optional)
-Registration Fee is mentioned on this website as well as the Proposal which is Non-Refundable in any case.
