We have begun the process of building new cultural markers and turning them into a creative environment for full-blooded digital existence and recreation with vibrant communities and innovative filmmakers.

We claim that we have started a process of creating an "innovative cultural event-festival" which will present and distribute unconventional, professional, student films, works of art, and practices that are characterized by a synthesis of art and science, architecture, design, technology, pedagogy, education, ecology, healthcare, etc.

On the festival platform, directors, screenwriters, cameramen, sound directors, editing directors will be promoted, with the opportunity to create international co-productions for the production of new film projects.

Golden FEMI Film Festival има за цел да развие динамична и витална художествена, критическа среда и публичен диалог, за да се създадат и привлекат нови публики, да се осигури достъпност и демократичност при представянето на аудиовизуалните изкуства, включващи и слабо представени групи или такива със специфични потребности.

Започнали сме процес на изграждане на нови културни маркери и превръщането им в креативна среда за пълнокръвно дигитално съществуване и рекреация с жизнени общности и иновативно мислещи кино творци.

Залагаме тезата, че сме започнали процес на създаване на „иновативно културно събитие- фестивал” в което ще се представят и разпространяват неконвенционални, професионални, студентски филми, артистични произведения и практики, които се характеризират със синтез на изкуство и наука, архитектура, дизайн, технология, педагогика, образование, екология, здравеопазване и др.

Във фестивалната платформа, ще бъдат промотирани режисьори, сценаристи, оператори, звукорежисьори, режисьори по монтажа, с възможност те да създават международни копродукции за производство на нови филмови проекти.

All films must be the original work of the filmmakers and all filmmakers must have the necessary rights.

The Golden FEMI Film Festival reserves the right to change our programming without notice.

You hereby grant the Golden FEMI Film Festival all rights necessary to exhibit and promote the above-referenced film at the 2022- 2023 festival if the film is selected. You represent that such exhibition will not violate or infringe upon any rights whatsoever (including copyright, trademark, musical, or contract right) of any person or entity. You further represent that you are authorized to submit the above-referenced film.

Additionally, you indemnify the Festival from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, and attorney's fees arising out of or in connection with third parties in regard to the screening of the film mentioned above.

All films submitted should be subtitled in English.

Submitting is non- refundable.
