HALO International Film Festival is festival with live screenings. Every season we're selecting best works that will run in program and screened in the famous cultural space of Machty in Sevkabel port, St. Petersburg

On May 19, the Halo Festival will host a screening in Sevkabel port, Saint-Petersburg and on 23 May in Monkey Space, Orenburg

The main goal of the Halo Festival is to create a space for introductions and future collaborations.

We want viewers and filmmakers to meet in person, so every season we hold Q&A sessions with the authors of the films. And after the screenings, we organize after-parties, where you can socialize and make new connections in an informal atmosphere.

- Preference will be given to films completed after January 2023

- Foreign films must have English or Russian subtitles

- You must own the rights or have permission from the rights holder to submit the film

- The festival reserves the right to change the venue and screening dates

- Entry fees are non-refundable

- Works that do not match the category will be disqualified.

- If selected for screening, foreign filmmakers must provide Russian subtitles.

- Galo Festival may use the trailer/poster/stills or behind-the-scenes materials for promotional purposes (but will not release the full film in any form or under any circumstances).

- You grant the festival permission to screen your film.

- The screening program consists of the best winning films of the season.
