On Halloween, Ibiza sheds its beaches, sun, and nightlife to become horror, blood, and fantasy. The IBIZA HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL has arrived.

· TERROR EXPRESS: Local contest for horror videos recorded with smart phones during the festival.
· PROFESSIONAL DAYS: Masterclasses, roundtable discussions on horror films.

(only for productions and directors from the Balearic Islands)

01 · We accept works from anywhere in the world.

02 · It's Halloween, so the genre will be horror in any of its variations or fantasy.

03 · Maximum length: 25 minutes.

04 · Works completed from January 1, 2021 onwards will be accepted.

05. Selected works in a language other than spanish or catalan must have subtitles.

06. Submissions Deadline: 2026 August 31th.

07. BALEARIC ISLANDS TOTS SANTS SECTION! Only for Balearic productions or directors. May also be eligible for the Best International Short Film Award.

08. IBIZA HALLOWEEN will only screen the selected works during the festival.
None of the works will be published on our website or on our social media.
Nor will they be shared with third parties.

09. IBIZA HALLOWEEN reserves the right to reject submissions if, after review, they are unsuitable for screening due to quality, formatting errors, or any other reason.

10. IBIZA HALLOWEEN reserves the right to exceptionally accept works that break any of the rules if this is in favor of the spectacle and the enjoyment of the audience.
