Indèp En Tarn (Indie In Tarn) is a festival which aims to highlight independent productions with zero or low budget.

this festival was created by Chocolatine Production, an association located in the southwest of France, specializing in the creation, technical support or screening of independent projects such as fictions, reports.

The officially selected project in our anual event receive IET laurel.

We are a non-commercial association, so we cannot pay the winners.

All the Winners and Honourable Mentions will be listed and shared on our social media.

The Certificate Awards are given in the following categories:

Best International Feature Film
Best french Feature Film
Best International Short Film
Best french Short Film
Best debut french filmaker
Best actor/actress
Best music of narative film
Best music vidéo
Best french documentary

BE CAREFUL: ALL NON-FRENCH SPEAKING FILMS MUST BE PRESENTED IN THEIR ORIGINAL VERSION WITH FRENCH subtitleS, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ELIMINATED.

All films must have been made in or after 2019.

Films already submitted for previous editions can no longer compete

Short films must not exceed 30 minutes.

Feature films are considered over 60 minutes.

only films with a budget less than 50.000 € / 60.000$

Filmmakers are responsible for sorting out the copyright on their own materials.

By submitting to us, you give us the right to screen your film in front of a live audience at ours events .

Selected: These are all the films that have been selected for sceenned in public.

Nominés : The nominees are the films selected likely to receive a award

Award Winners: there are a winners Chosen from the Nominations.

We may promote clips from your film on our social media.

We retain the right to change the date and venue of the festival under special circumstances. All filmmakers will be informed about any changes through email and our online platforms.

Any technical issues with the submitted films are 100% the responsibility of the filmmakers. If, at the time of judging, your video file doesn’t work or doesn’t have french subtitles (if in a language other than french), it will be automatically rejected, without a refund. Please contact the festival team if there are any issues with the submission process, and a solution will be found.

We cannot provide refunds.
