Mountain & Culture is a cultural non-profit organization whose objectives is to approach the sports community and the people in town to offer films, exhibitions, and all kinds of activities focusing on the mountain sports, adventure, environment and culture of peoples.

The Festival also creates a platform for the exchange of ideas between filmmakers, athletes and the public, while supporting the most artistic and effective ways to communicate everything related to the world of the mountain. The aim of this festival is to highlight the importance of ecology, environment, preservation of the mountains and nature in the world today. The Festival also presents a spectacular region to practice adventure sports, extreme and mountaineering, through Films geography.

Demands and Regulations of the Festival Films

We welcome documentary, fiction, animated, and / or experimental films that deal with mountain culture, mountain sports - adventure and the environment.

Minimum duration limit for films is 5 minutes and produced as of 2022.

The official language is Spanish. Films in other languages ​​must be accompanied by the script written in SPANISH or english (priority will be given to the scripts that are in SPANISH).

The pre-selection can be sent through this platform www.festhome.com, or send us the links (vimeo, youtube, etc).

If the film is admitted to competition, you must send us the original material via mail or internet, a submitted copy will become part of the festival's historical archive and can only be used as an internal consultation, INKAFEST promotion (max 2 minutes), presentations INKAFEST festival tour and always non-profit.

The festival will present the winners of the 2026 festival with the trophy and diploma. Your film will be presented at the TOUR INKAFEST PERU, after coordinating with you.
