Our goal is to continue to discover great films from around the world and introduce them through screenings held all over Japan.
We are looking for great films around the world.
And we are holding screenings around the country in Japan, Sendai, Saitama, Tokyo, Hamamatsu, Osaka, Fukuoka, Okinawa.
We are keeping on introducing your great film after ending film festival.

Our film festival are holding screenings to introduce great films throughout the year around the country in Japan.

We are looking for artworks that "moves people's hearts".
We accept shorts, documentaries, animated films, shorts, feature-length films・・・.

We will hold real and an online award ceremony around the country in Japan.
The award ceremony will be held at the venue around the country in Japan in March.

At that time, we will interview directors and actors, actresses and shoot them.
And we upload their interview VTR on website and SNS, YouTube.

Submission rules:

・Eligibility: Anyone can apply, regardless of nationality, gender, age, or occupation.

・Submission rules: If you use other people's copyrighted material (music, photographs, paintings, novels, screenplays, movies, records, broadcasts, etc.) in your work, you must obtain permission from the copyright holder.

・In addition, by applying, you agree to the screening at the venue.

・By applying, you agree to allow trailers, posters, images, and other materials to be used for advertising the work or event, and to be shared for promotional purposes.
・If your work is selected for screening, it is a mutual consent to screen unless you explicitly withdraw it.

・Once officially selected, your work cannot be withdrawn from the festival program during the event.

・Payments are non-refundable for any reason.

・Withdrawn works will be considered disqualified.

・Shipping costs for winning works must be borne by the applicant.

・Please add stills and a brief synopsis (and poster and trailer if possible) to your project to promote your work.

・A digital award certificate will be sent free of charge.

・The person or company submitting the work shall indemnify and hold harmless 311 Jikosapo International Film Festival and its agents and associates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees and court costs) that may arise from any claims related to copyrights, trademarks, credits, publicity, screening, and any loss or damage of projects or materials submitted to the festival.

・The person or company submitting the work warrants that they are authorized to screen the film and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
- 311 Jikosapo International Film Festival reserves the right to add, modify or abolish rules and regulations at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice, as necessary.
