I am Moti Singh Rathore Founder and Organiser JOIFF (JODHPUR INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL).In this festival welcome all international short films/documentaries/animation films time duration -3 minute to 45 minute.

This is 3rd year running joiff-2017. Joiff start journey 2015 together with all film lovers support and warm hearting support.

(a) Student shorts (b) Professional Shorts (c) Feature Films

Current School /College ID card needs to be mailed in case of student entry.

Duration and Sub-category of film for Student shorts & Professional Shorts categories

Short Films:- Duration should be Up to 3 to 45 minutes or less.
Animation short Film:- Duration should be Up to 3 to 45 minutes or less.
Documentary short film:- Duration should be Up to 3 to 45 minutes or less.
Social Awareness Film:- Duration should beUp to 3 to 45 minutes or less.

Fiction:-Duration should be more than 45 minutes.

2 .ENTRY DEADLINE

ENTRY DEADLINE for submission of films are as follows:

Early bird : 22 September 2017

Regular : 30th October 2017

Late Deadline : 1st December 2017

Notification of selected films will be announced on website/social media platforms as per schedule (tentative date- 15th November 2017) . However, the festival committee reserves the right to change the dates, accept or refuse any film without assigning any reason whatsoever

(NO HARD COPIES,ONLY SOFT COPIES TO BE E-MAILED)
• Film Entry Form
• Crew & Cast List including technical team
• Filmography of Film director
• 1 Photograph of Director
• 1 Poster of film in JPEG format (300 dpi, preferably 600 x 900 pixel size or any size up to 1200 maximum pixels )
• Your film/video trailer's link preferably not more than 1 minute in duration (Optional for promotion & publicity purpose)

SUBMITTING YOUR FILM:

Film scan be submitted through FilmFreeway or by uploading film online ( youtube or vimeo like platforms) and sending us link (and password if protected),entry form & press kit

OR by post/courier by sending us DVD & emailing entry form and press kit.

Except in case of using submission platforms (FilmFreeway),below Press Kit items must be E-mailed to- contact@joiff.in, in order to complete submission:-

SUBMISSIONS

b) c) Mailing by post/courier :
Step 1- Please download and fill up "FILM ENTRY FORM".You can either email this form along with press kit or send it by courier
along with DVD.You will find the form link at "submit film now" tab and under the header " Send us film by Post/Courier".
Step 2- Pay the appropriate Entry fee as mentioned above in point 7 of Rules & Regulations. You will find the payment link under "Send us film by Post/Courier" at "submit film now" tab.Please note the reference number or transaction id to mention in the entry form.
Step 3- E-mail the "FILM PRESS KIT" to- contact@joiff.in
Step 4- Send by post/courier hard copy of film entry form (If not sent by e-mail) & 1 DVD of the film (PAL or NTSC system,preferably mp 4 format with H.264 codec or standard mpeg-2,avi,wmv format) clearly marked below items on DVD :
Film Title ( original and English), Running time (in minutes), Director(-s), Country(-ies) of Production, Year of Production, Producer or Production Company's contact number & Email id.

Participants can send multiple entries. However, please submit a separate submission form and entry fee for each film.
