Broadcasts of the best independent regional, national and international music videos.

Making a quality clip for an artist is a lot of work, creativity, time and talent but also sometimes limited means!
However, the immediacy of social networks and the continuous creation of these contents offer a very limited exposure to these productions over time.
Today, there are festivals devoted to feature films, short films, animated films that allow a meeting between works and the public and few of them are dedicated to the genre of the music video.
It is therefore to promote this unique artistic genre that "La Fête du clip" was launched in Lyon (France) and Montreal (Canada).

Allow clips to be viewed in real projection conditions, on the big screen, and be seen by an audience of curious, music lovers and emerging artists, who like to go to festivals or concerts.


What's La Fête du Clip ?

La Fête du Clip de Lyon is an opportunity to create a meeting between artists, directors and a wide audience for a festive evening dedicated to watching clips on the big screen!

A selection of about thirty musically and visually varied clips is then broadcast during 2 evenings under the sign of sharing and discovery.

Artists and directors are invited to present their work and the creative process of each project and answer questions from the audience.

Following the viewing, the public & the jury vote for their favorite clips to reward and encourage directors and artists.

Prizes are awarded to the winners to support them financially and give them additional means to develop their future projects.


Evenings are articulated like this:
- aperitif with DJ Set from 18h to 20h
- screenings start at 20h, where the images and music teams are invited to come
- jury deliberations and public vote
- awards ceremony and projection of the winning clips

In each category:
- 1 jury prize
- 1 public prize

RÈGLEMENT
La Fête du Clip #2
25 et 26 Octobre 2019 - Lyon


1. Objet du Festival :
La Fête du Clip a pour but de promouvoir et faire découvrir les clips émergents venant du monde entier.

3. Conditions de participation :
Le Festival est ouvert à tous les réalisateurs, artistes, producteurs ou labels de France et de tout autres pays du monde.
La compétition est ouverte aux clips et productions audiovisuelles musicales, d’une durée maximale de 10 minutes.
Les clips proposés doivent avoir été produits après le 1er janvier 2018.
Les clips déjà diffusés lors des précédentes éditions du festival ne pourront pas être inscrits une seconde fois.

4. Inscription :
L’inscription doit se faire avant le 18 octobre 2019 à 23h59, via le site

Les frais d’inscription sont obligatoires et un seul clip ne peut être présenté par adhésion.

5. Sélection :
Les clips sélectionnés recevront un e-mail de notre part indiquant leur sélection et leur catégorie, ainsi que la marche à suivre pour l’envoi du clip.
Le festival comporte deux catégories :
- Régionale
- Nationale / Internationale

Les clips produits en région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes seront d’office inscrits dans la sélection régionale.
Les deux clips primés lors soirée régionale participeront à la soirée nationale/internationale du lendemain.

En vue de la projection, les clips sélectionnés devront être disponibles dans l'un des formats de projection suivants :
- Apple Pro Res 1080p25
- Quicktime/mp4 H264 1080p25
- Débit : minimum 10 mb/s, recommandé 30 mb/s

6. Communication :
En cas de sélection, le festival pourra demander un extrait du film en fichier HD. Les ayants droit autorisent le festival à utiliser gracieusement pour sa promotion (presse écrite, TV, internet, radio, bande annonce du festival) des photos et extraits du clip.

7. Prix et Jury :
L'organisation du festival désignera un jury officiel, composé de professionnels de l’image et du son, qui décernera les différents prix.
Les récompenses pourront être des prix physiques, des locations de matériels, des bons d’achats, etc.

8. Conditions relatives à l’exploitation :
L'ayant-droit garantit à la direction du Festival d'être détenteur de tous les droits nécessaires (droits d'auteur, droits à l'image et tous droits de propriété intellectuelle) auprès des personnes habilitées en vue de l'exploitation du clip, en intégralité ou en extraits.
De plus, il appartient aux réalisateurs d'être en conformité avec les règlements de la SACEM.
Les clips sélectionnés pourront être projetés une ou plusieurs fois dans le cadre du Festival.

L’association Shoot It se réserve le droit d’annuler la compétition en cas de force majeure.

L’inscription au Festival implique l'acceptation sans réserve du présent règlement.
In fine : Tout litige relatif à l’application ou à l’interprétation de ce règlement sera de la compétence exclusive du Tribunal de Grande Instance de Lyon.
