Sheep black Cafe-rock of wave, in collaboration with the cultural association Confiances, presents the third contest of short films "The sheep in short" with the intent to publicize all those audiovisual productions of short duration, which have little space for your projection, and that usually do not have the deserved recognition. The prizes are symbolic, since the main intention of the competition is the audiovisual dissemination of works, and the promotion of their authors.

-Best short film Prize: trophy and diploma. Awarded by the official jury, composed of residents of the village of wave, related to the world of culture

-award best idea original: trophy and diploma. Awarded by the Organization of the event.

-Award black sheep: Trophy and diploma. Awarded by the audience at the ceremony.

Any work that is filmed in any of the official languages of the community of Valencia, Valencian or Castilian is accepted in this contest. It is essential that short films whose original version has not been in such languages, be presented with subtitles in Spanish.

-the works will have to be completed after January 1, 2013.

-Will be allowed a maximum of two works by author

- the maximum duration of the works will be of 15 minutes (including credits)

– the theme will be completely free, provided that they are arguments of fiction.

Not accepted documentaries, video clips or short animation

-rejection of those copies which do not meet the minimum technical qualifications for its projection

-to facilitate the shipping of the prizes, participants must have their domicile in Spain, what ever their nationality

-is excluded from participation any person linked to the organization or to the cultural association CONFIANCES

- may not take part the works selected in the previous edition of the competition

-works and the rest of the submitted material not they will be returned and became part of the cultural association file Confiances, that you can display them in those cultural activities deemed appropriate, being only of audiovisual projections.

The organization may no longer access any of the works presented, this decision should take it the author the work legitimate.

-The inscription implies the acceptance of all the rules.
