The Stefania Ferrari cultural association, with the patronage of the Province of Latina and the Municipality of Latina, announces the sixth edition of "Latina Scalo in corto", a provincial short film competition that will take place on the dates of 25, 26 and 27 August 2023 in Latina Scalo.

Cash Prizes: 300€

Latina Scalo in Corto 6th edition winners:

a) Best short ever (€ 300.00 + Targa)
b) Best Actor/Actress (Targa)
c) Audience Award (Targa)

The material prizes up for grabs will be delivered exclusively to the author (or person delegated for him) present at the awards evening, therefore failure to participate will result in the loss of the prizes themselves

LATINA SCALO IN SHORT VIth EDITION
COMPETITION NOTICE

The Stefania Ferrari cultural association, with the patronage of the Province of Latina and the Municipality
of Latina, announces the sixth edition of "Latina Scalo in corto", a provincial short film competition that will take place on the dates of 25, 26 and 27 August 2023 in Latina Scalo.

The competition intends to promote the expressive and artistic form of the short film, with a view to enhancing the aforementioned short film.

The cultural association Stefania Ferrari, in previous years, in collaboration with the association

The Domus has organized cultural evenings of entertainment, through the vision of the best short films presented at the Pontine Short Film Festival.

1. REQUIREMENTS:

a) The theme is free, participation is open to all those who comply with these regulations.

Works with explicitly offensive/defamatory content will not be taken into consideration e
advertising works.

b) Participation is free. Each author can submit a maximum of n. 3 works (in language or with
subtitles in Italian) with a maximum duration of 15 minutes. The works participating in the competition can
be unpublished or presented in other competitions both in Italy and abroad.

c) The works must have been filmed and produced in the territory of the Lazio Region.

2. REGISTRATION:

a) The completed application (Annex A) in all its parts together with the film in digital format
must be sent to associaz.stefaniaferrari@tim.it, using the online sharing service (Wetransfer), no later than 06.30.2023, the files must not exceed 400 MB in weight and preferably be in Mp4 format with h264.

b) Alternatively by mail no later than 15.07.2023 to: Stefania cultural association
Ferrari, with headquarters in Latina Scalo (LT) 04100 at Via Largo Platone n. 31. The envelope will have to
contain the application completed in its entirety. The works in DVD format, one copy for each
Opera. The title of the work, the duration and the name of the work must be indicated clearly and legibly on the case and on the back of the media.

c) The organizing association is not responsible for damage or loss of materials during the journey of sending them by post.

3. SELECTION
a) The short films received will be selected by a technical jury specially made up of critics
cinematographers, cinema experts, directors, actors and representatives of the world of entertainment, art and culture who will evaluate the works for the competition.

b) In addition to the technical jury, the shorts will be judged by a popular jury who will attend the screenings.

c) The works sent will not be returned but will become part of the association's archive
organizer. They may be used for cultural purposes in events linked to the aforementioned association.

4. AWARD GIVING

Latina Scalo in Corto 6th edition winners:

5. RETROSPECTIVES
a) By registering for the event, each individual author is responsible for the content of his works.

b) With the full acceptance of these regulations, the author authorizes the association
organizer to the use of personal data, to uses connected to the competition and events
associated companies, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003.
