ACTIVISM

The general idea that comes to mind when you talk about activism, contains elements that can be summarized in the notion of a series of actions that aim to achieve a change in the community.

The mentality that feeds the activism is the idea of being able to change anything in the existing reality of a community under the assumption that this change will be beneficial to all.

For us, advocacy is linked to "causes", large or small, but where are the young activists a sense of their membership and reflected in the film, and ultimately, their lives.

Care for the environment, the defense of human rights, the identity of indigenous peoples, respect for diversity (sexual, ethnic, cultural ...), reform of financial systems, promotion of democracy, student militancy, unions, the promotion of free software to combat trafficking, defending the right to education ... are some of these "causes" found today in Latin America.
