The Festival is opened to filmmakers from all around the world

- The works have to be: Dramatic or comedic

- Can't registrer Video-clips and documentary.

- If the V.O is not Spanish,Be presented with subtitled Burning in Spanish

-Libertas Artis can use fragments of the selected works to promote them and the festival.

- The authorization of the authors or the owners of these rights are implicit for the screening of the works selected during the festival by the festival. There is no contractual obligations form the part of the Libertas Artis an O.E.M with the material or intellectual author of the work, or any other management company.

- Participation in the Festival implies full acceptance of these rules.

-The winners of the different nominations should be present at the stage in order to receive the prize. In other case, the winner should send a video, which is going to be projected on live, and pay the shipping costs.
