Welcome to the Los Angeles Short Film Festival. This is an International Film Festival.

This is an International Film Festival. Everybody can submit. Film festivals are still the best place to screen independent work and get it noticed. With YouTube and Vimeo so overcrowded, good shorts often drown in a sea of bad. Showing the best of the best is a priority at Los Angeles Short Film Festival. We provide filmmakers an opportunity to share their shorts with an enthusiastic and responsive audience that’s eager to see new films, new faces, and new art. Los Angeles Short Film Festival – where emerging talent finds a place to shine!

Officially Selected artists get All Films Pass for two, guaranteed spot for live screening, Q&A spot. WINNERS get all mentioned above + Golden Plaque/Trophy. BEST of THE FESTIVAL gets all mentioned above + gift from Vegas Pro value of $599.

Los Angeles Short Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes.

The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening (including but not limited to multiple screenings in multiple U.S. and International locations), and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.

The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Los Angeles Short Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
