This festival is not currently open for submissions.

Festival start: 25 November 2022      Festival end: 27 November 2022

The Festival has a double value and is proposed as a meeting point between directors, authors and producers to develop future initiatives and the presentation and promotion of films of all nationalities, genres and lengths that address the themes of feelings.

The Feelings that have always been described in novels and leave the pages transporting the reader to different worlds between the pages of literature are the common thread of classic literary narratives but feelings are not only the fruit of literary imagination.

Describing feelings in film shoots is much more difficult but not impossible and in films where this happens masterpieces are born.
What we would like to see is the development of these films, their conception, creation and development.

Positive feelings such as love, admiration, respect or negative feelings such as hatred, aversion, indifference in cinema.

The works admitted to the national competition will be evaluated by a national jury, which will be able to assign the following prizes:

MILAN FILM FESTIVAL OF FEELING Grand Prix
- 2000 Euro prize: to the best feature film which, possessing high artistic qualities, corresponds to the cultural objectives which inspire the Festival.

MILANO FILM FESTIVAL OF FEELING award - 500 euros: for the best short film
BEST ACTRESS PROTAGONIST award plate and 250 € to the winner
BEST ACTOR PROTAGONIST award plate and 250 € to the winner
BEST SCREEN SCREENING award - plaque and € 250 to the winner
BEST SCREEN SCREENING award - plaque and € 250 to the winner
BEST LENGTH FILM ASSEMBLY award plate and € 250 to the winner
Two critics' prizes are also awarded for the best FEMALE OPERA and UNDER 30 in competition regardless of the result of the competition - plate and 150 € to the winner.

The program of the MILANO FILM FESTIVAL OF FEELING

is divided into the following sections:

• Competition
Competitive section for feature films and short films of all nationalities. By feature films we mean works lasting more than 50 minutes. Short films are meant to last less than 20 minutes. All films compete for the official prizes awarded by a qualified jury.

• Previews
Non-competitive section reserved for unreleased feature films and short films produced in the year 2022, never seen by the public in other festivals, competitions or cinema releases that do not comply with the parameters of the competition.

• Movie4Future
Non-competitive section with selected screenings to bring new generations - children and families, teachers and students - closer to cinema and the themes proposed in the competition.
