CALL DATE: JUNE 1 - AUGUST 31 registration until 23:59 pm (Colombia time).

To participate in the MINIFILMIC festival, you must comply with the following criteria and general requirements for participation in the call:

1- Fill out the participation form where you declare under oath to be the owner of the short film

2- The Short or Original Film cannot and cannot have been commercialized or exhibited by the participants before the award ceremony.

3- The making of (Maximum 2 minutes in length) can be displayed on social networks using the hashtag #MINIFILMC @hachaproducciones

4- The Original Short or Film must have been made with one or more Smartphone (Smart cell phone and / or tablets of any brand.

5- The images taken with Drone may not exceed a time of 60 seconds.

6- The short film or film must have a maximum duration of twenty (20) minutes (including credits), otherwise, it will be disqualified.

7- The short film or film must include the festival template at the beginning (5 seconds).

8- The short film or film may only be registered once, in case the participant wishes to participate with several shorts, he or she must register and apply to the requirements per short film.

9- The participant must cancel the participation value of US $ 25 equivalent to the TRM of the country from where the transaction is made through the payment platform found at www.hachaproducciones.com.

10- The participant must send the short film or film within the dates and opportunities established for the festival

11- Accept these terms and conditions of participation

12- The short film or film must comply with one of the different cinematographic genres that is available and that is announced through the web platform www.hachaproducciones.com

2.2. CONDICIONES ESPECÍFICAS DE PARTICIPACIÓN

Para participar en MINIFILMIC debe cumplir OBLIGATORIAMENTE con los siguientes criterios y requisitos específicos de participación en la convocatoria:


1. El contenido del cortometraje o film NO podrá atentar contra la integridad física, emocional o psicológica de seres vivos.

2. Las condiciones del festival NO son subsanables, es decir, el incumplimiento de uno de los requisitos al momento de la inscripción será motivo de descalificación sin derecho a apelación.

3. Los cortometrajes o film participantes deben tener subtítulos en el idioma inglés. Si realizas tu cortometraje o film en un idioma diferente al español, debe contener la traducción en subtítulos al idioma español.

4. Son de carácter obligatorio diligenciar los siguientes documentos:

• Formulario de inscripción completo (Sinopsis, Ficha técnica y Datos del Cortometraje o Film), que se encontrará en la página web www.hachaproducciones.com

5. Por medio de www.myairbridge.com adjuntar y enviar sin excepción los siguientes archivos al correo electrónico festivalminifilmic@gmail.com

- Enviar el archivo del cortometraje o film en formato (.MP4) H264.
- Aportar el video “Making of” o detrás de cámaras en formato H264 (MP4); donde se compruebe que su cortometraje fue producido con dispositivos móviles inteligentes (Smartphone).
- Afiche oficial de su cortometraje (FORMATO PNG, JPG o JPEG. Medida 9:16 (vertical)
- Releases del equipo y actores del corto.
- Guion original del cortometraje realizado.
