MOLINOS DE PAPEL is organized by the Graduate Marina Golé, Secretary of Culture of Maipu as a representative of the Ministry of Culture of the Municipality of Maipú and Raùl Etchelet, CEO and executive producer.

CALLFOR ENTRIES

Your call is open from March 1 to May 1 to Mills Argentina: Argentina Competition, World Mills: Mills International Competition and Maipú: a section for the short films made by children of school age.

They are allowed to contest all those short films of national and international production, shot on film or video produced in the last three years.

Competition for Argentina, International, including not only short of humor. The length should not exceed 15 minutes (including credits).

For short maipuenses children and girls up to 12 years Maipú mills including shorts that are not in the mood, the duration will be up to 5 minutes (including credits).

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

to. They can participate all those producers or directors who own the rights to the works they present.

b. Each participant may submit as many films as desired.

c. Each film submitted must be sent in independent and an entry form support.

d. The works must be in Spanish (Castilian) or subtitled in Spanish (Castilian). Not dubbing.

films that were selected in previous editions will not be accepted.

F. Projections of selected films will be made in video.

g. Registration will be made by completing a form and submitting the film.

All this documentation is essential in order to participate in the competitive section.

Participants authorize the organization to use frames, photographs and excerpts from films for broadcast on any communication support and promotion in order to promote and disseminate MOLINOS DE PAPEL.

Documentation and materials shipped from the selected works will appear in all advertising and promotion of the Festival supports.

They are accepted within registration period all those mailings with postage date until July 1, as long as notified by mail to maipucortos@yahoo.com.ar, indicating the title of the film and the director's name and / or producer. These shipments must arrive within a maximum period of 7 calendar days.

WORKS ON RIGHTS

The organization assumes that individuals or group submitting the works have the rights to exhibit them, as well as authorization to receive the award if the case of collective authorship. In any case, the organization disclaims any liability that may arise from the infringement of this base.

SELECTION

A selection panel will select, among all films received, those works that participate in paper mills, Children's Film Festival in Maipú aforementioned date in October. The decisions taken will be communicated from July 15 to their respective directors, producers or distributors.

AWARDS

Among the selected films, a jury (formed by Argentine and international professionals from the film, artistic, journalistic, cultural) will decide the awarding of the prizes:

• Best Short Award Molinos World: International Competition.
• Special Mention Molinos World: International Competition.
• Best Short Award Molinos Argentina: Argentina Competition.
• Special Mention Molinos Argentina: Argentina Competition.
• Audience Award Molinos Argentina: Argentina Competition.
• First Prize Maipú Molinos: Cinema with Neighbors children of Maipu.
• Special Mention Molinos Maipú: Cinema with Neighbors children of Maipu.
• Audience Award Molinos Maipú: Cinema with Neighbors children of Maipu.
Eight Awards. Prizes can be accumulated.

The payment of prizes will be made in any case by bank transfer.

The awards will be subject to the applicable tax regulations.

SHIPPING AND RETURN OF COPIES

Shipping costs copies shall be borne by the participants.

The copies submitted for selection will not be returned and will become part of the archive of the festival.

You will have right to use these short films, with cultural and non-profit, for the exhibition and promotion MOLINOS DE PAPEL, Intantil Film Festival Maipú.

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

Participation in MOLINOS DE PAPEL implies acceptance of all sections of these bases, and the resolution by the organization of any problems not covered in these.
