The 3rd Monaco Streaming Film Festival, an annual international film festival held in Monte-Carlo.

The Streaming Film Festival celebrates the global film and content streaming industry, the producers, creators and talent; providing film and content production industry inside know-how. The Festival celebrates film and inclusive and diverse content making from all over the world.

The Festival was created as an environment for the streaming platforms, producers, creators, distributors, sales and the technology providers behind VOD to meet, plan, celebrate and network. The Festival includes industry keynote presentations and panel discussions on the successes, opportunities and future of streaming and on-demand content and distribution.

Submissions will be accepted from April 12th 2023 (00:00 CET)

The early bird deadline is May 31st 2023 (23:59 CET).

The standard deadline is August 31 2023 (23:59 CET).

The Monaco Streaming Film Festival may revise submission deadlines in its sole and absolute discretion at any time.

All submission fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Any submission fee paid does not guarantee acceptance and no refund will be provided if the film is not selected.

Monaco Streaming Film Festival reserves the right to refuse entries and the Jury can remove submissions from the competition at any time without any obligation to justify the reason(s).

Any film revised or modified after submission must be re-submitted with new fees.

All submissions must have been completed on or after December 31 2021.

The Submitting Party always retain 100% of all rights to their intellectual property.

The competition is open to professional and non-professional filmmakers.

The decisions of the Jury are final.

The Jury reserves the right not to select a winner in any given category.

Monaco Streaming Film Festival is not under any obligation to provide feedback, comments, or any other information with regards to the selection or non-selection of any submission.

The Submitting Party should test their online screeners thoroughly before submitting them, and ensure their online screener remains active on Festhome until October 31 2023.

The Submitting Party has sole responsibility for ensuring that the submitted online screener plays in its entirety.

If the submission's original language is not English, English subtitles must be included.

If the Jury is unable to view the online screener, the Monaco Streaming Film Festival may attempt, but is under no obligation, to contact the Submitting Party in order to obtain a replacement.

In order to submit a film, the Submitting Party must own the rights or have permission from the owner.

The Submitting Party holds the Monaco Streaming Film Festival, its management, juries, subsidiaries, agents, sponsors, affiliates, and etc. harmless from any and all claims of liability resulting from entry.

The Submitting Party certifies to have full rights and will indemnify the organisers of the Festival against all claims, demands, costs, damages, expenses (including legal fees), proceedings and losses resulting from the screening of the film at the Festival or from claims by any third parties.

Monaco Streaming Film Festival is not liable for any copyright infringements or unauthorized usage and any conflict should be settled by the parties involved thereof.

Submitted Films must be non-watermarked.

The Submitting Party authorizes the Monaco Streaming Film Festival to use, distribute and share the film poster, trailer, synopsis, film stills, and film clips in our social media and for other non-commercial uses related to the promotion of the 2023 festival.

Monaco Streaming Film Festival may consider active Festhome submissions for auxiliary programming outside of Festival consideration, including, without limitation, other festivals and year-round programming conducted or organized by Monaco Streaming Film Festival.

Monaco Streaming Film Festival will complete Jury selection and notify the selected parties by September 30 2023 with details of the next steps and required materials for inclusion in the Festival.

Monaco Streaming Film Festival will contact the Submitting Party using the contact information provided in the Festhome submission. The Submitting Party is responsible for providing correct and functional contact information. Monaco Streaming Film Festival is not responsible for any failed attempts to contact the Submitting Party using the contact information provided.

For selected submissions, if the Submitting Party does not comply with any requests for materials or screeners as required by the Monaco Streaming Film Festival, the film can be removed from the festival schedule.

Screenings are scheduled at the discretion of the Monaco Streaming Film Festival. Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the published schedule, the Monaco Streaming Film Festival reserves the right to make changes at any time for any reason. The Monaco Streaming Film Festival will not be held liable for any costs claimed as a result of a change in scheduling.

For selected submissions, the Monaco Streaming Film Festival is granted the permission to screen the film at the Monaco Streaming Film Festival and all associated screenings.

No film may be withdrawn from the festival programme after its selection.

For selected submissions, the Monaco Streaming Film Festival will require digital screeners of the required specifications. Details of the specifications and deadline for providing such screeners will be included in the notification process.

No work or artist will be either discriminated or favoured by their country of origin, language, age, race, education, ideology, sexual orientation, or by their economic resources. Every content, every form, every technique will be considered with no censorship of any kind.

The festival dates & times may be subject to delay or change at the discretion of the Monaco Streaming Film Festival.

By submitting to the Monaco Streaming Film Festival, the Submitting Party agrees that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms, and obtained consent from any and all owners, creators, writers, producers, and/or other authorized representatives or rights holders of the submitted content whose consent is required.

Monaco Streaming Film Festival reserves the right to rule, in its sole discretion, on cases and situations not foreseen by these Terms.

Monaco Streaming Film Festival takes reasonable anti-piracy and security precautions for all submitted content. All submissions are securely stored and access to submissions is limited to Monaco Streaming Film Festival staff who require access in order to screen and consider submissions. No duplication and loaning of submissions is permitted. The Submitting Party hereby releases Monaco Streaming Film Festival from any and all liability in the event of theft, unauthorized access or copying, or any breach of copyright of the submission while it is in the Monaco Streaming Film Festival's possession or on the Monaco Streaming Film Festival's online screening platform.

Monaco Streaming Film Festival believes that everyone has the right to respect, as well as fair and equitable treatment from others. Monaco Streaming Film Festival does not tolerate violence, mistreatment, or harassment — verbal, physical, sexual, or otherwise — towards staff, volunteers, delegates, audience members, and attendees at any of our festivals, conferences, or events, or in any correspondence with staff, including during the submission process. Our staff and volunteers are committed to ensuring the best possible experience for all of our attendees. If the safety of our guests is in question, we will take immediate steps to ensure the matter is addressed.

By submitting, the Submitting Party gives us consent to receive written communication from us from time to time.





  Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
