First edition of the experimental exhibition of the Northern Proposal, an avant-garde production movement that pushes the creative frontier through the experiment in narration and audiovisual creation.

An event that offers an exhibition space for all audiovisual creators interested in exhibiting their projects.

Five outstanding projects from the official selection will be recognized, awarding them the following prizes:

- Vision Award
To the project that contains the best visual composition.

- Sound Award
To the project that contains the best mix of audio, sound and music.

- Appearance Award
To the project that contains the best acting or dubbing in its casting.

- Original Award
To the project that contains the best conception and creative execution.

- Best North
To the audiovisual project that stands out in each of the aspects to be awarded, being the best project that exhibits the Audiovisual Exhibition of the Northern Proposal.

The Northern Proposal intends to formulate itself as a manifesto for audiovisual production, establishing the following guidelines:

1.- Direct or indirect relationship with the north of Mexico.
2.- Establish a hyper-stylized narrative.
3.- Transfigure the audio file and frame.
4.- The amateur as a formal tool.
5.- Execute based on creative ingenuity.
6.- Produce with easily accessible equipment.
7.- Shoot in real locations.
8.- Deconstruct formalisms of the field.
9.- Large budget productions are prohibited.
10.- Tend to overstimulate the viewer.

Based on these ten agreements, the official selection will be made. This first edition allows genre, theme and free language with subtitles in Spanish. All nationalities are welcome.
