“The 2nd Yecheon International Smartphone Film Festival” is aimed at revitalizing the film industry and art creation, anyone in Korea or abroad can make a movie with a smartphone, it is a film festival that provides opportunities for screening.

Competition Period: 2020.06.12 (Mon) ~ 2019.07.31 (Fri) / 50 days
Final Selection Announcement: 2020.08.14 (Fri)
Period: 2020.09.19~20 (Sat, Sun)
Venue: A part of Yecheon-gun New Town

All domestic and foreign residents / No individual or group restrictions

Total prize money 40 million won

-Movie Contest: Total prize money 35 million won / Award for citation from the governor, military awards, education awards /
Samsung Galaxy smartphone new product, Galaxy Tab new product, Galaxy wearable product trial product

-Video Contest: Total prize money 5 million won / Samsung Galaxy Smartphone New Product

● Entry Conditions
-No subject and genre restrictions
-Excluding other contests and plagiarism screening
-Movies produced during school and institutional education
-Video section: Free-form video

● Exhibit Specifications
-Time: less than 10 minutes
-Size: 16:9 (Screen radio), Full HD (1920*1080) recommended
-Bit rate: 50,000 Kbp or more
-File: mp4 (H.264) recommended
※ In other cases, there may be restrictions on the theater.

● How to exhibit
Submit and submit through the 2nd Yecheon International Smartphone Film Festival website (www.yisff.kr) (entrance fee free)
Specify the file name with "work name-exhibitor name"

● Notes
① All materials submitted to the festival will be used to produce promotional materials such as catalogs and press releases, and will not be returned.
② Exhibitors are responsible for all expenses for entry.
③ ​The copyrights of music, photos, and videos used in the screening must be resolved by the exhibitors before screening.
④ The film festival does not individually check with the exhibitors about this part and is not responsible for any legal issues that may be caused by copyright infringement.
