· Requirement: Submissions must be films shot using a smartphone
· Eligibility: Open to all individuals and groups, domestic and international
· Theme: Open theme

· Plagiarized or copyright-infringing works will be disqualified from judging
· Films produced for school assignments or during institutional class hours can be submitted

· Video length: No longer than 1 minute
