This is film festival of underwater films, in city of Neum in Herzegovina (BA).

For the love of our nature, we started festival to promote all kind of underwater film's art, no matter what camera you use, no matter amateur or extreme proff - welcome.

Festival is place to meet face to face, authors, public, journalists, a few days in Neum in Herzegovina county.

Want to host all finalist 2 nights in Neum, that authors can notice how spectators enjoy watching underwater arts.

Please note, films must be shot at least 50% of the time underwater.

Important - minimum 50% of film, to be filmed underwater (sea, river, lake, ocean, waters etc).
