You guarantee film is own by you. Clean copyright and clean publishing.
At least 50% of film duration must be filmed underwater, (sea, river, lake, ocean etc).

We accept films that are made 2021-2023
No limit lenght, no limit about technical details.

Send us Youtube, Vimeo or similar links, submit film via many submitting platforms.

Submit your film on scheduled date. (www.uff.ba)

Provide english language subtitle file, on usual formats.

Please confirm and indicate that your film have (or not) original music score - because of Best music award.

Selection jury will choose film for official program, and inform authors.
