NeuroScope Films is where storytelling, big tech, and AI collide. Every month, we spotlight groundbreaking shorts, wild FX, music videos, animations and video art from around the world. It's not just a festival—it’s the frontier of creativity and tech.

Got something bold and boundary-pushing? Submit your work and join the future of filmmaking.

Submitting is simple. You can send us your project through Festhome or directly on our official website. Submissions stay open year-round as we curate content for specific events across different cities. Don’t stress about deadlines—if your project isn’t the right fit for our LA screening, it might be perfect for our event in Dallas or elsewhere. When selected, Just keep an eye on notifications, and we’ll let you know how and where your work will be curated.

The audience calls the shots. Each month, they vote to pick the winners in every category. Featured works earn 'Official Selection' laurels, while 'Audience Choice' goes to the standouts. No committees, no panels—just real reactions from the people who matter most.

Eligibility: Films must have been completed within the past two years prior to the submission date. This applies to all categories. No premiere status is required; however, preference may be given to films making their premiere.

Submission Categories: NeuroScope Films accepts submissions in the following categories: Digital Art, AI Short Narratives, Mobile Films, CGI and Visual FX, Short Animation, Feature Animation, Viral Media, AI Features, Characters and Concepts, Fan-Made Trailers, AI-Generated Vocals, Digital Score, AI-Generated Humans, Music Videos, Digital Production Design, Storyboards, Motion Graphics, Vertical Storytelling, Immersive Media, Tech Documentaries, Digital Innovation, and Mixed Media & Live Action.

Language: All non-English language films must include English subtitles. While not mandatory, English-language films are encouraged to include English subtitles to ensure accessibility.

Submission Process: Submissions can be made through Festhome or directly via our official website at neuroscopefilms.com. Submissions should include a completed entry form, the film file, a synopsis, and promotional materials such as posters or stills. Filmmakers may submit multiple entries, but each must be accompanied by a separate entry form and fee.

Deadlines and Fees: Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, with deadlines on the last day of each month. Submission fees vary by category and are outlined on our Festhome page and official website.

Selection and Notification: All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of industry professionals. Filmmakers will be notified of their selection status via email by the 15th of the following month.

Screening: Selected films will be screened digitally at Cinergy Entertainment in Amarillo, TX. Filmmakers must provide a high-quality digital file of their film upon selection.

Awards: The live audience will vote to determine the winners in each category. Official laurels will be awarded for "Official Selection" and "Audience Choice" in each category.

Rights and Permissions: Filmmakers must have all necessary rights and permissions for all elements of their film, including music and archival footage. By submitting, filmmakers grant NeuroScope Films the right to use excerpts, trailers, and stills of the submitted film for promotional purposes.

General Terms: NeuroScope Films reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary. Failure to adhere to the festival rules may result in disqualification.

Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
