Paradox Film Production, in association with Appleton Private University, invites you to participate in the first Paradox Film Festival, a short film competition that celebrates imagination, social and anthropological approaches in film.
What are we looking for?
Short films that explore human diversity, give voice to stories that promote social justice and equality, and invite us to reflect on the world around us. We are looking for films that use cinema as a tool for social change and transformation.
Prêmios em dinheiro: 2,500€
First Prize: 1000 euros + Diploma
Second Prize: 1000 euros + Diploma
Third Prize: 500 euros + Diploma
Theme: Free, but a social and anthropological approach will be especially valued, as well as originality and creativity in the narrative.
duration: Maximum 20 minutes.
language: Any language, but subtitles in english or Spanish must be included.
Format: Digital, in high resolution.
Jury: Made up of professionals from film, anthropology and communication.
