INTERNATIONAL HORROR AND FANTASY SHORT FILM FESTIVAL

"Polloween Horror Fest"

Polloween Horror Fest will be held on the 25 October.

現金賞: 250€

- Jury Prize for the best horror and fantasy short film: 150€ and statuette.

- Public Award for the best horror and fantasy short film: 110€ and statuette.

Individual or collective filmmakers who wish may participate.

If the film has spoken sound, Spanish or subtitles in this language will be used.

THE SHORT FILM IS MANDATORY IN SPANISH IF IT IS SPOKEN IN A LANGUAGE OTHER THAN SPANISH.

The duration will not exceed 15 minutes, including credits.

Works carried out before 2023 will not be admitted to the competition.

Each short will be registered in the name of the natural or legal person who owns the rights to the work presented. In any case, the organization is exempt from any responsibility that may arise from the infringement of this base by the participants. Prize payment will be made upon presentation of the corresponding invoice to the person listed on the registration form.

The organization reserves the right to reject a work due to its poor quality.

An official qualifying jury will be appointed for the awards, made up of film professionals regarding the contest. They may declare a prize void and decide on any doubt not foreseen in the bases.

The following Awards are established:

- Jury Prize for the best horror and fantasy short film: 150€ and statuette.

- Public Award for the best horror and fantasy short film: 100€ and statuette.

The prizes will be subject to the possible tax withholdings established by law.

The authors of the awarded works or a representative thereof must be present at the awards ceremony.

The jury's decision is final.

The "Polloween Horror Fest" Horror and Fantasy Short Film Festival will take place on October 25, with the screening of the finalist short films submitted to the contest in public sessions at Polo Digital Contenidos de Málaga.

The communication to the festival's official selection participants will be done by email or by phone.

At the same time, said selection would be published on the festival's official social networks.

The tapes of the works participating in the contest will remain the organization's property; the screen said works in specialized non-commercial centers and rooms for cultural and promotional purposes and reserve the right to publish and reproduce them. , in this case, mentioning the author of the same and always without charging entry for it.

The presentation of the works to the contest implies the total acceptance of these bases.
