MISFF is organised by MOHRAN's Productions, which was established in 2019 by Young talented Director Utkarsh K. Nemade, who had grabbed world at 17. He got Oscar nomination at the age of 16 and also he's 4 times Guinness World Record Holder.

We bridges the gap between the filmmakers & audience.

We'll screen all the films registered on our concerned platforms.

Also we'll be having ceremony with great idols in Fim & Music Industry.

1. MISFF is open to all.

2. The Short Film will be accepted on any subject or concept and in any language (with English Subtitles)

3. The total duration of the Short film should not exceed 40 minutes.

4. The contestant has to take care that the feelings of any individual, society, political party, religion will not be hurt in the short film. Short film dialogues, presentations, music, etc. The contestant will be solely responsible for any kind of social or legal resentment.

5. The organisers reserve the right to copy or use all materials submitted by the contestants for the purpose of advertising and archiving of Short Film Festival. Competitors should note that your entire short film will never be shared with anyone or uploaded online without your permission.

6. Once a short film is registered, it cannot be cancelled.

7. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

10. The organisers reserve the right to change any rules or parts of the competition or events.

11. Every contestant will get the certificate of participation.

12. The Registration Fee for the Regular category short film is Rs.700/- (Seven Hundred Only) and Registration fees for the Students category Short film is Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred Only)

13. Each Participant can pay the registration fee on Google Pay, Phone Pay, Paytm or Account transfer.
It is mandatory to include the name of the film in the description while making payment.
