The main purpose of the Seoul International Children's Film Festival (SIKFF) is to present the best films for children, teenagers, and families produced around the world. In order to expand the culture of participants, SIKFF renamed the Seoul Children's Film Festival from the Seoul Children's Film Festival to the Seoul International Children's Film Festival and is striving to encourage teenagers who will lead the film industry and to get various opportunities. SIKFF realizes the importance of a culture that all family members can share and cherish. SIKFF attempts to introduce various genres at home and abroad that deal with various necessary topics about children.

SIKFF is the seventh film festival with a long history and the opening of the event is 2022.10.21 to 10.29.

※ This event will be broadcast live on Metabus and YouTube (domestic and international/simultaneous interpretation)

The genre format of the SIKFF entry is as described below. There are four categories of dance: (A. domestic and foreign competition), (B. environment), (C.55 second film), and (D. non-competition).

A. Competition at home and abroad
Best Picture: 1 Best Picture (1 million won), 5 Best Picture (500,000 won), 10 winners (200,000 won)
Acting Award: About 3 people (300,000 won)
Film Awards: Around 3 people (300,000 won)

B.Environmental sector
Best Picture: 1 Best Picture (KRW 500,000), 2 Best Picture (KRW 300,000), 5 Best Picture (KRW 200,000)

C.55 second film category
Best Picture: 1 Best Picture (500,000 won), 2 Best Picture (300,000 won), 5 Best Picture (200,000 won)

D.Non-competitive sectors at home and abroad
Award for Best Picture: About 5 movies (KRW 300,000)

- All rights to the use of broadcasting and public relations for entries belong to the Executive Committee

- The number of winning works can be adjusted according to the number of entries

- Some of the winning films may be screened at special invitations at home and abroad

- Proceedings: Reception - Qualification Examination - Final Examination - Screening - Award Ceremony

- Offline applications are not accepted separately

- Register as a member on the website, enter the entry details, and submit videos, thumbnails, and movie posters

- Request early application as system failure may occur due to overload on the day of application deadline

- If a work submitted under another person's name is found, the prize is canceled even after winning the prize
