Festival is an international unique project.

These days Khanty-Mansiysk becomes a TV and environmental capital of Russia, where you can see the most actual foreign and native ecological documentary.

Nowadays mass media devote special attention to environmental issues. Every year state of our planet is getting worse. Participants of the festival are calling to rescue the world. They are real professionals that live TV and films.

Their works are worth of recognition. The main award - the Golden Loon - gives to participants an opportunity to create new films that could affect people' world view. Today the importance to respect nature can be reveal through the TV screen. The main thing is to do it properly. And International Ecological TV Festival "To Save and Preserve teaches and promote this thing.

Main prize: Grand - Prix "The golden loon"
The winner in each nomination is awarded with the bronze statuette "Gagara".

* “For contribution and realization ecological actions” - the prize of Federal Agency on Press and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

* “For devotion to ecology” – the prize for longstanding efforts in highlighting the theme of nature protection.

* “Overcoming” – the prize for work in extreme conditions.

Conditions of creative competition

Works on the Festival’s theme, which were produced after January 1, 2016 by international, national, state, departmental and independent Film- and TV companies of Russia, CIS and foreign countries will be allowed to compete.

Works have to be presented in Russian or in English with the name of the film, the group of authors, the producer/owner, time-keeping, release date and nomination.

The same competitive work cannot be presented in more than two nominations.

Time-keeping of films and programs should be no more than 52 minutes.

Works with image or sound defects are not admitted to the competition.
