UK Web Fest is the first regional festival of it's kind and the second in the country. We are a platform for digital media and the tech worlds to showcase talented, creative, and collaborative master pieces.

We believe that UK and beyond can showcase web series and digital content for all to view anywhere in the world.

Cash Prizes: 550€

The UK Web Fest Award event will be held on the 3rd October at 7pm. There will awards such as: Best Director, Best Producer, Best Ensemble Cast, Best Series, Best Student Web Series, Best Pilot, Best Online Music Video.

Prizes include receiving one of our unique and stunning 'gongs' as well as BIG cash prizes, and mentoring 'hook' ups with industry professionals.

UK WEB FEST 2015

UK Web Fest is pleased to announce that the first annual web fest is to be held on the 3rd and 4th October 2015. The first regional web festival in the UK of its kind and the second web fest in the Country.

Awards:

The UK Web Fest Award Ceremony is a 'Black Tie' event which will be held on the 3rd October at 7pm. There will awards such as: Best Director, Best Producer, Best Ensemble Cast, Best Series, Best Student Web Series, Best Pilot, Best Online Music Video.

All nominees are allowed 1 free ticket. Extra tickets at £10 can be purchased on event brite nearer the event date. Prizes include receiving one of our unique and stunning 'gongs' as well as BIG cash prizes, and mentoring 'hook' ups with industry professionals.
Submissions:

We accept the following categories:

Drama, Comedy, Thriller, Horror, Sci Fi, Video Games, Vlog, Student works, Documentary, Foreign Language (with subtitles) LGBTQ, and Pilot Web Series.

NEW CATEGORY: Total running time: 1-5mins Max.

MUSIC for unsigned bands who stream and use the web to platform their work.

Submission Eligibilty:

Completed work after January 2014;

Total Running Time per submission: 10-15 mins, not less than 2 webisodes or more that 2 webisodes for submission; Please send through 2 webisodes for consideration.

We require each project to have a trailer/teaser, poster and a short synopsis for promotional and advertising purposes. We do not accept hard copies.

We encourage Film Students 25 and under to submit their serialsed works. Short films are NOT accepted.

10% of fees will be awarded to one school each year in the UK to assist with new equipment which may be needed for their film department.

Opening Dates: Early Bird Deadline: 30th April 2015 ($40) Regular Deadline: 1st June 2015 (($55) Late Deadline: 30th August 2015, ($70)

NOTIFICATION DATE: 4th September 2015.
