Vinilonga is a film festival made by filmmakers, changing its costume every two months.

We organize themes according to the trends of the works registered to our open call. Based on the concept of each program, we call on professionals from the film industry, musicians, and experts from different areas to propose dialogues.

We aim to be an international platform that unites filmmakers and creators of different formats for their promotion and that of their work. The selected works and artists will have the opportunity to show their work, which will also receive professional reviews and an open and eager audience.

We want to showcase what makes you feel is worth telling. It can be a comedy, drama, a true story, a zombie story...We don't feel very strong about categories in film, so we are giving you the chance to take them lightly. Is it Animation? Documentary? Experimental Fiction? Surprise us!

Our Audience Award

- Will receive a digital poster of the film made by our graphic designers' team

All submitted films will be considered for future editions of our festival AND partner festivals

- We encourage filmmakers to submit works up to 20 minutes in lenght.

- Films must have subtitles in either english or Spanish.

- We will consider submission letters and director's statements.

- All fees will be used to cover administrative costs and are not refundable. Email us if this is a real impediment for your submission.

- By submitting, the participant declares to be responsible for any legal rights requirements releasing the festival from any legal claims, liabilities and damages.

Please note: Short films can be submitted in english without subtitles, in Spanish or in another language with english or Spanish subtitles. If the work is selected, Spanish subtitles will be required (if the work is not in this language) in english (if the work is not in this language), or at most an .srt file of the english or Spanish subtitles.
