WhatTheFestival is a boutique experience of art, 8 stages of electronic and live music located 90 miles east of Portland, OR June 16 - 19 2017.
What The Festival short film section will accept short films up to 45 minutes from anywhere in the world, provided that they are either spoken in English or subtitled in English. Selected short films will be screened as part of the What The Festival art and music festival.
