La Residencia Feratum 2025 es un laboratorio intensivo para el desarrollo de guiones de largometraje de género fantástico (terror, ciencia ficción, fantasía, thriller, comedia negra, etc.). Se llevará a cabo de manera presencial del 16 al 20 de julio de 2025 en el Rancho Yapalpa, ubicado entre Tlalpujahua (Michoacán) y El Oro (Estado de México), México. La convocatoria está abierta hasta el 30 de mayo de 2025. Se seleccionarán hasta 18 proyectos, los cuales recibirán asesorías personalizadas, talleres y charlas con profesionales de la industria. La cuota de recuperación incluye matrícula, asesorías, charlas y hospedaje durante cuatro días en Rancho Yapalpa. Los guiones deben tener entre 70 y 110 cuartillas, estar escritos al menos en un 80% en español y presentarse bajo seudónimo. Los proyectos seleccionados podrán acceder a premios y apoyos, incluyendo la participación en el Sitges FanPitch 2025 y el Festival Internacional de Cine en Guadalajara (FICG) 2026.

Abrimos nuestra convocatoria para realizadores y productores latinoamericanos y/o radicados en Latinoamérica que actualmente tengan un proyecto de cortometraje o largometraje en desarrollo de documental, ficción, experimental o animación en lengua originaria del Perú o Latinoamérica.

Originario Lab
The Venice Production Bridge 2025 will take place from August 28 to September 3 during the 82nd Venice International Film Festival. This platform is designed to boost the financing and co-production of audiovisual projects in advanced development stages. It brings together global industry professionals through initiatives such as the Venice Gap-Financing Market, which showcases fiction feature films, creative documentaries, and immersive projects that have at least 70% of their funding secured.
Other key sections include Final Cut in Venice, supporting post-production films from Africa and the Arab world; the Book Adaptation Rights Market, connecting publishers and literary agents with producers; and the Venice Immersive Market, focused on XR, VR, and AR experiences. Additionally, the Meet the Streamers program facilitates direct contact with streaming and VOD platforms. In 2025, the spotlight will be on the United Kingdom, Chile, and Morocco, with curated events promoting their film industries.

Venice Production Bridge
El Festival Internacional de Cine de Huesca lanza la primera edición del Pitching HIFF, una convocatoria dirigida a realizadores/as emergentes residentes en España con cortometrajes en desarrollo (no finalizados). El objetivo es conectar talento joven con productoras interesadas en apoyar nuevos proyectos. Se aceptan cortos de ficción, documental, no ficción o animación, de hasta 30 minutos. La inscripción es gratuita y se realiza en Festhome hasta el 6 de mayo de 2025.
Los proyectos seleccionados serán presentados en formato pitching (10 min + 5 min de preguntas) el 11 de junio de 2025, presencial u online, durante la 53ª edición del HIFF. Se requiere dossier, currículum, carta de intenciones y guion o tratamiento. Los seleccionados recibirán un diploma y visibilidad ante productoras.

PITCHING - Festival Internacional De Cine De Huesca
During the workshop, the initial idea and motivation, point of view, narrative structure and creative vision of the projects under development will be worked on, with the aim of promoting their insertion in the national and international market. One of IndieLab's priorities is to work on projects whose characters or themes belong to or are related in some way to diverse/minority identity groups, in order to foster dialogues about inclusion and a better representation of these characters in the cinema.
