The 8th ZINEBI Networking Professional Forum 2025 is aimed at emerging filmmakers and production companies from Spain, including the Basque Country, with feature-length documentary projects of at least 60 minutes. Submissions are accepted in development or post-production, with a creative, author-driven approach to non-fiction.
Selected projects receive personalized mentorship, one-on-one sessions with industry professionals, and presentations to a specialized jury. Travel, accommodation, and per diem expenses are covered for one accredited person per project, providing visibility and professional support throughout the project’s development.
Three awards of €10,000 each will be granted: one for Basque projects, one for the rest of Spain, and one specifically for projects in development. Online follow-up sessions are also provided to support project completion and professional growth. The forum takes place within the framework of the festival’s 67th edition, including private screenings and networking opportunities with the national documentary industry.

ZINEBI Networking
BrLab Rough Cut is an intensive workshop for feature films in the editing or post-production stage, aimed at teams from Latin America, the Iberian Peninsula, and Italy. Its goal is to provide personalized guidance from renowned editors to enhance the final cut of fiction films. The 2024 edition will take place in São Paulo from October 4 to 7. Projects must submit a recent cut and be near final editing. Selected films receive Ibermedia grants covering travel, accommodation, and meals for two representatives. The workshop also offers networking opportunities with industry professionals. BrLab Rough Cut has supported internationally awarded films, contributing to the growth and strengthening of the Ibero-American audiovisual industry.

La Hollywood Storytellers Script Competition es un concurso internacional de guion abierto a largometrajes, cortometrajes y pilotos de TV en cualquier género. El plazo para inscribir guiones termina el 2 de noviembre de 2025. Los guiones deben enviarse en inglés, en formato PDF y respetando los límites de páginas según la categoría. El jurado está formado por profesionales de la industria cinematográfica de grandes estudios como Disney, Netflix y Warner Bros. he ABCGuionistas Short Screenplay International Contest opens its eighth edition with the collaboration of Altamedia Studios, Instituto del Cine Madrid (Madrid Film Institute), in addition to the brands Marca de Autor and Un Verano de Guion.
The contest has the purpose of promoting the creation of short screenplays in Spanish and the visibility of their authors. It is opened for novel and professional screenwriters of any country seeking to show their storytelling talent, winning exposure and getting rewarded for writing.
