Impulso Morelia 11 calls for Mexican feature films (fiction or documentary) in postproduction to participate in its 2025 edition. Selected projects will be presented to international experts (programmers, distributors, producers) to receive feedback and support for completion and circulation.
The call closes on July 23, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. CST. Results will be published on August 26, with the in-person meeting taking place October 13–15 during the 23rd FICM.
Eligible projects must have a rough cut between 70 and 120 minutes, directed by Mexican citizens or legal residents in Mexico, and must not have participated in other work-in-progress programs or previous Impulso Morelia editions.
Awards include the José María Riba Prize ($250,000 MXN), postproduction services worth over 1 million pesos, and promotional support.

FICM - Impulso Morelia
Arché Porto, part of Porto/Post/Doc, is a development lab and residency for early‑stage projects. It targets emerging filmmakers working on creative documentaries, hybrid works, or film essays in feature‑length or medium‑length format.
The next edition will take place in Porto during the festival, 25 November – 1 December 2025 (Arché sessions usually happen on the Industry days, around 25–27 November).
The program offers tailored mentorships, feedback sessions, and networking activities, encouraging formal and narrative experimentation. Selected projects are developed and presented to international industry professionals during the festival.
Priority is given to projects linked to Portugal, Galicia, or the Iberian Peninsula. The call opens in summer and closes by late September 2025 (exact date to be confirmed). A dossier with synopsis, treatment, CV, and development status is required.

Porto/Post/Doc - Arché Porto
The Ventana Madrid 2025 call is open from July 4 to August 21, 2025 for audiovisual production companies based in the Madrid Region. Eligible applicants are either established companies with at least two works in the past five years or emerging companies with less than five years of activity.
Projects in development are welcome (feature films, series, documentaries, or other narrative formats) with international potential, seeking co‑production or funding. Applicants must submit a PDF dossier (up to 5 GB) and optional audiovisual materials through the online form on the official website.
Up to 20 companies will be selected to attend the market in Madrid from October 20 to 22, 2025, gaining personalized B2B meetings, networking opportunities, and international exposure. Registration is free.

The Blood Window Work in Progress – CDMX 2025 call is open to Ibero-American fiction feature films in post-production. It targets genre films—horror, fantasy, science fiction, or thriller—that have at least a first cut ready.
The goal is to support films that need a final push to reach the screen. Selected projects will be showcased live during Mórbido Film Fest 2025, held in Mexico City on November 5th.
Participants will be eligible for post-production services, international consultancy, and integration into the global fantastic film ecosystem. The application deadline is September 29, 2025.
