The 22nd Co-Production Meeting of the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG 41) targets Ibero-American feature film projects in development (fiction, documentary, or animation) that have not yet been shot and have a completed script. Projects must have a minimum duration of 70 minutes and at least 20% of funding secured.
The call is open until October 24, 2025, and selected projects will participate from April 17 to 25, 2026, in Guadalajara, within the framework of FICG. Selected projects will receive one-on-one sessions with national and international professionals, free industry accreditation for two representatives, accommodation for up to four nights, and access to private pitch sessions to obtain support and financing.
Registration is done electronically via the FICG official platform. Travel and food expenses are the responsibility of the project, and attendance confirmation is mandatory to retain selection. This meeting is an opportunity to network, access financing, and present projects to international audiovisual industry representatives.

Co-Production Meeting - FICG
The Independent Film Festival and Market of Albacete (ABYCINE) will hold its 27th edition from October 21 to 30, 2025. This event promotes the distribution of independent feature films and short films lacking regular commercial distribution. Abycine supports young cinema and new trends in Spanish “indie” film, while fostering audiovisual education. The call is open for Spanish feature films in the Abycine Indie section, national short films in Abycine Shorts, and regional works in Hecho en Castilla-La Mancha and Creación Audiovisual AB. The festival offers cash prizes totaling €11,400, including a special €6,000 acquisition prize in the Indie section. Registration is open until July 10, 2025. ABYCINE LAUNCHES – AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL
The Guadalajara Construye call is aimed at Ibero-American fiction feature films in post-production (work in progress). Its goal is to support project completion through presentations to industry professionals, including producers, distributors, sales agents, service companies, funding organizations, and festival representatives.
Submissions opened on August 21, 2025, and close on October 24, 2025 at 6:00 PM (Central Mexico time). Eligible films must run between 70 and 120 minutes, with English subtitles and, if the original language is not Spanish, Spanish subtitles as well. A video file in MP4 format meeting technical specifications is required.
Selected projects will be screened during the festival, included in the Industry digital catalog, receive free accreditation for two representatives, and may have three nights of accommodation. They may also be considered for the festival’s official selection once completed.
Travel and meals are the responsibility of participants. Films submitted in previous editions are not eligible, and only projects in the finishing stage will be accepted. The event will take place from April 17 to 25, 2026, as part of the 41st Guadalajara International Film Festival.

Guadalajara Builds - WIP - FICG
Impulso WIP 2025, part of Abycine Lanza, is aimed at fiction or non-fiction feature films in advanced post-production, backed by production companies registered with the ICAA. It offers specialized mentoring, meetings with sales agents and distributors, and festival screenings. Additionally, it provides financial support, including a €7,000 post-production grant and the Filmin Prize worth €22,000. Selected projects must present an 18–22 minute cut to audiovisual industry professionals. Participation is free of charge, and the event will take place from October 21 to 24, 2025 in Albacete, with accommodation for two team members per project. Impulso WIP supports innovative works, fosters their distribution, and boosts their market reach.

ABYCINE LANZA – Impulso WIP
Impulso CMM Desarrollo 2025, organized by Abycine Lanza with Castilla-La Mancha Media, supports feature film projects (fiction, documentary, or animation) in the development stage. It targets production companies registered with the ICAA, including international co-productions. Up to 20 projects will be selected to participate in training, mentoring, public pitching, one-to-one meetings, and industry networking. Two grants of €17,250 will be awarded to support production linked to Castilla-La Mancha, alongside awards in collaboration with ECAM, Porto/Post/Doc, and Music Library & SFX. The event will take place within Abycine Lanza in Albacete from October 21–24, 2025. Applications are open until July 15, 2025, via Eventival, with a €300 participation fee for selected projects. Attendance of both director and producer is mandatory. Impulso CMM Desarrollo is a strategic opportunity to connect emerging talent with the Spanish and European audiovisual industry, offering visibility, professional advice, and funding for independent projects with international potential.
