The call exclusively accepts feature-length fiction projects and does not consider short films, series, or fully produced works.

Screenplays – VENTANA SUR
ComedyLab 2026 is a comedy project development lab organized by TorinoFilmLab in Italy. It is open to screenwriters and comedians worldwide, aiming to develop feature-length comedy projects through in-person and online workshops. All project materials must be submitted in English, which is also the working language of the workshops and activities.
The program runs from March to November 2026 and includes multiple sessions: a preliminary workshop in Turin at the end of February, workshops in Belgium and Poland in April and June, online sessions in September and October, and a final project presentation in Turin in November.
Applications are open internationally until December 12, 2025, and focus exclusively on feature-length comedy projects. Participants without a project can also join to collaborate on selected projects.

TorinoFilmLab SeriesLab 2026 is an international development program for television fiction series, aimed at European teams and international projects with potential for European co-production. It accepts mini-series, episodic series, and ongoing serials, but does not accept documentary series.
Applications are open until December 17, 2025, 16:00 CET. The program will run from June to November 2026, including three residential workshops and online sessions in between. The first workshop will take place in early June, the second in mid-September, and the third in late November in Turin, Italy.

The Center for Cinema and Creation (CCC) in Chile and Cineka, The Place Where Stories Happen, in Mexico, through Grupo SURA, aims to contribute to the development and consolidation of the work undertaken by civil society groups and collectives in building collaborative spaces through audiovisual exhibition. Collaborative Cinema Meeting
The ScriptLab Story Editing 2026 call by TorinoFilmLab is a training program for professionals aiming to work as story editors in the development of fiction feature film scripts. The application deadline is 3 November 2025, and the program runs from April to November 2026 with both in-person and online modules. The base country is Italy, with some workshops in Luxembourg and Estonia, and it is open to international applicants from around the world with relevant experience in film and script development. The focus is strictly on fiction, not documentary or animation. Applications require a single PDF in English including a motivation letter, CV, and a personal video message. The participation fee is €1,500 (+ VAT), covering training and residential accommodation, while travel and additional meal costs are on the participant.
